Outdoor shopping area with retail stores, restaurants, and even small contemporary museum. Beautiful Spanish architecture with lots beautiful courtyards.

Beautifully designed with great architecture that makes you feel like you're strolling around a European market. Loads of shops (both high end and regular) and a good amount of parking (both street and otherwise) is available. Types of shops include apparel (10 ish) health and beauty (6), food (10+), home and gifts (5) etc.

Santa Barbara Downtown is a charming place to have a great weekend with family. My family and I spent here amazing couple days. There’re a lot of shopping stores, restaurants and coffee shops 💕 There’re public restrooms and quiet a lot public parking spots.

This is a beautiful space with a variety of shops. You can enjoy food, coffee, and the atmosphere here. You should stop by this place while exploring Santa Barbara.

Well organized place. The signs are clear enough that we can find the stores we want to see. Parking lots are fine. It charged but cheap. Suggest staying here for 2-3 hours because the State Street near by is so cozy. There are many restaurants you can try.

It’s a great spot to take a leisurely stroll, unwind, and enjoy the surroundings. There are plenty of options for cafés and restaurants, offering a wide variety of food and drinks, which makes it easy to spend a few hours here just relaxing and dining.

Cool outdoor mall with lots of local and chain businesses. Kind of an extension of the State Street Promenade. The upstairs area offers some nice views and there are public restrooms available.
